A woman claims she underwent an emergency C-section without anesthesia

The lawsuit says an emergency C-section was ordered after the fetal heartbeat became undetectable. According to the lawsuit, the anesthesiologist on call was "paged multiple times" but "did not respond" before the C-section began.
